| #501-Shanghai Surprise |
Who could have predicted Shanghai’s meteoric culinary rise? Not me certainly, but I’m more than happy to partake. Hundreds of millions have been spent on Shanghai’s development, and it is clearly one of the jewels of the Far East. We’ll dive into the culinary scene here from the markets to the dinner tables, showing you what makes Shanghai one of a kind. Our home, meantime, is the spectacular J.W. Marriott-Shanghai-in the heart on the city and at the heart of its culinary core. Don’t miss this hotel or this show! |

| #502-Italy-Cheese, Markets, and More! |
|
From Northern Italy, we’ll explore Grana Padano cheese, a cheese with a thousand-year history. We’ll learn how the monks created Grana Padano and see how it’s being produced in much the same artisinal methods today. We’ll also pair Grana Padano with classic dishes from the region. Then, we’ll head to Campania and the world-famous Amalfi Coast where we’ll hit the seafood market and team with a local chef for some outstanding regional cuisine before wrapping up with a trip to Naples for some authentic Neapolitan pizza.

| #503-Charleston-Historic and Delicious |
At first glance, Charleston, with its historic homes and old-world feel, doesn’t seem to be a place where you’d find exciting, cutting-edge cuisine. But, that first impression is definitely wrong. Utilizing top rate raw products from the land and sea, Charleston’s top chefs are redefining Carolina Low Country cooking. We’re going inside some of the top kitchens in Charleston to explore their cuisine from haute to down home.

| #504-Discover Belgium |
It’s the home of fantastic beer, the inventor of french fries, and a place where cuisine from the land and the sea meet to provide diners a lifetime of memories. We’ll explore all of that, excluding the french fries, as we cover Belgium from the coast to the capitol to the glorious south. First, we’ll tag along on a father’s visit to the seafood market on the Belgium coast, and be there as he delivers the fresh goods to his chef-son in Brussels. Has this country got sole. In Brussels, we’ll also visit an historic brewery with a several hundred-year track record and some of the finest Belgium Lambic Ales I’ve ever sampled. Throughout, we’ll learn of the culture, see the beauty, and meet the personalities that make Belgium so unique.
