| #112-Dreaming
of Venice |
There's only
one Venice, and we've got it like no one else! A culinary
tour of the sinking city, including visits to: The
Europa-Regina Hotel and its wonderful fine dining restaurant,
Al Corvo, Harry 's Bar and Harry's Dolce, and Ristorante
Quadry on Venice's famed St. Mark's Square. We'll also
take you inside the Rialto fish and produce market
where you'll see things you've never seen before and
never will again!
In the Veneto wine region, we talk to Francesco
Bolla, the leader of the winery that invented Amarone, helped
make Valpolicella, Bardolina, and Suave household names in America,
and continues to push the envelope with new grapes, new wine blends,
and single vineyard bottlings. |

| #113-There's
Only One Napa |
Take
a step inside the food scene of Napa, once sleepy,
now tough
to beat anywhere. We feature Celadon and Bistro Jeanty
restaurants, the awesome ambiance and mouthwatering
food of Auberge du Soleil, and the wines and philosophy
of Clos du Val's Bernard Portet. There's definitely
a French accent in our Napa visit, and a delicious
one at that!
